Ordering FAQs

At Ascend Cannabis Co our biggest goal is to provide the highest quality product at an affordable price. In an effort of safety and concerns for our staff and customers, we moved to an online ordering system. We encourage all customers to pre order online at and come in store to finalize payment and pick up your product. This will drastically reduce long lines, increase social distancing and keep us all healthier over the weeks to come.

Can I use a credit card to order?

No, we are still a cash only business. When you place your order online a reservation ticket is created and you will pay for your order when you pick up.

Can I drive through and pick up (curbside)?

No, we are no longer doing curbside pick up. Please park and come inside.

When can I pick up my order?

Online orders are available for pick up in 1 hour or less. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please place your order 1 hour before you would like to pick up. We cannot schedule an order for pick up on specific days and times.

I am a Member, how do I get Member pricing?

Member pricing is not reflected online. Please come pick up your order, show your medical card, and we will adjust the total amount accordingly.

Can you ship or deliver?

That would be great! Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship or deliver product to you due to regulations.
